Associate – Restructuring & Insolvency

Manchester – £75k+

A leading national firm is seeking an Associate to join its Manchester-based Restructuring & Insolvency team. The role sits within a well-structured and expanding practice that offers a genuinely mixed caseload across advisory, transactional and contentious matters.

The work

The successful candidate will handle:

• Advisory and transactional restructuring instructions

• Pre-insolvency planning, business sales and security/enforcement matters

• Contentious insolvency, including antecedent transactions and director conduct issues

• Corporate and real estate restructuring tied to a strong national client base

• Direct matters for insolvency practitioners, lenders, creditors and directors

The successful candidate will join a close-knit team with full integration into the wider national R&I practice. Work quality mirrors that of the firm’s larger offices, while offering increased balance and greater access to clients and partners.
