Manchester – £75k+
A leading national firm is seeking an Associate to join its Manchester-based Restructuring & Insolvency team. The role sits within a well-structured and expanding practice that offers a genuinely mixed caseload across advisory, transactional and contentious matters.

The work
The successful candidate will handle:
• Advisory and transactional restructuring instructions
• Pre-insolvency planning, business sales and security/enforcement matters

• Direct matters for insolvency practitioners, lenders, creditors and directors
