Defendant Personal Injury Litigator

Location: Bradford, Leeds

We\’re seeking an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join a highly regarded team specialising in fast track claims. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of Employer\’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, mainly from a retail perspective. Candidates from a claimant EL/PL or RTA background will also be considered, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of fast track claims
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure

Requirements:

  • Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with practice rights
  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience in defending fast track claims (or relevant claimant background)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
