I’m currently working with a highly regarded, long-established London law firm that is looking to appoint a Residential Property Associate at 2+ PQE to join its specialist residential property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property lawyer looking to work with a HNW and UHNW client base on sophisticated, high-value residential property matters across London. The caseload will include:

  • High-value freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Prime and super-prime Central London properties
  • Multi-million-pound residential transactions
  • Lease extensions, variations and complex leasehold matters
  • Properties held through trusts, companies and investment structures
  • Portfolio acquisitions and disposals for private clients and investors
  • Refinancing and mortgage transactions involving high-value assets
  • International clients, new-build and off-plan purchases
  • Working alongside private client, tax and other specialist teams on multidisciplinary matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' PQE in residential property
  • Strong experience handling high-value residential transactions
  • Experience acting for HNW/UHNW individuals or a genuine desire to move into this market
  • Excellent technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • A commercial, polished and personable approach
