The Work You can expect exposure to:
- International commercial arbitration under ICC, LCIA, SIAC, SCC and UNCITRAL rules
- Investor-state and investment treaty disputes
- Enforcement and challenge of arbitral awards
- Jurisdictional challenges and procedural applications
- High-value disputes across energy, infrastructure, mining, telecommunications, financial services and industrial sectors
- Parallel court proceedings, injunctions and interim relief applications
- Multi-jurisdictional matters involving overseas counsel, experts and witnesses
The Ideal Candidate:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Around 1-3 years PQE
- Trained and retained within a recognised UK law firm
- Existing international arbitration experience is essential
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent academic background
- Comfortable working directly with sophisticated international clients
- Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in arbitration
