Tired of choosing between quality work and quality of life? What if you didn't have to? We're working with a highly regarded Family team that's built its reputation on complex, high-net-worth work but, just as importantly, on looking after the people who do it.
If you're a Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) who enjoys resolving disputes constructively rather than simply fighting them, this could be the move you've been waiting for.
Why this role stands out:- Work that challenges you: Handle high-value financial remedy cases involving multiple properties, businesses and investment portfolios, alongside children matters and private family agreements. You'll work closely with experienced Partners while building your own reputation.
- A modern approach to family law: This team genuinely champions Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR). If you're Resolution-minded and believe there's a better way to support families, you'll fit right in. Mediation or collaborative experience is welcomed but not essential.
- A culture that puts people first: Hybrid working, a weekly wellbeing hour, your birthday off, the option to bring your dog to work, charity days, social events and a leadership team that understands life exists outside the office. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise junior lawyers, play an active role in business development and help shape the continued growth of an ambitious Family team.
