A centrally located Corporate boutique is seeking a talented Partner or Legal Director (Senior Associate level also considered) to join its busy Corporate department. General Corporate caseload with deal values to £50m. Salary will be dependent on experience and network, and upwards of £100,000.

The successful candidate will join an ambitious law firm, acting on behalf of large international corporates and UK companies, across diverse sectors, with a particular emphasis on the acquisition of start-ups and strategic buys. The Legal Director or Partner will work on an existing high quality caseload, partnering with household names on interesting projects.

The firm is on an upwards trajectory, but if you are wedded to a career in Big Law, or Top 100, then it is not for you. If however, the prospect of sharpening your skill set on matters that would be the envy of most City law firms then read on.

Applications are invited from Senior Associate Solicitors, Legal Directors and Partners with 5+ PQE in Corporate, acquired in well regarded national, regional or West End law firm.
