The team is actively hiring a Corporate Associate around the 1 PQE mark to support continued growth heading into the new year. What You’ll Do

You’ll join a well-resourced, tight-knit corporate team advising:

• Private clients & UHNW individuals
• Family offices & investment vehicles
• Owner-managed businesses
• High-value entrepreneurial clients

The work spans a broad range of transactions:

• Acquisitions & disposals

• Minority investments

• Fundraisings

• Joint ventures

• Restructurings

• Bespoke deals within family-office structures (think yachts, art, private assets, portfolio transactions)

You’ll take on responsibility early: drafting and negotiating agreements, running due diligence, working closely with partners, and coordinating with private client, tax and real estate teams across the firm. You’ll also supervise juniors where appropriate and build real relationships with sophisticated clients.

What You’ll Need

• Qualified solicitor with around 1–2 years’ PQE in corporate or transactional work
• Strong academic background; training from a reputable firm
• Adaptable, commercially switched-on, and comfortable handling varied work
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and UHNW individuals
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a hybrid environment (c.3 days in office)
