Key Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), managing a caseload independently.
- Proficiency in IT, including Office 365, and experience with case management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- The ability to take initiative, work proactively, and manage a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic workplace.
- STEP qualification desired.
