The Role:
- Managing a caseload of complex divorce, financial settlements, and private children law matters, often involving high-net-worth individuals, business assets, and international aspects.
- Representing clients in contested financial and children’s proceedings, conducting advocacy in court.
- Providing strategic advice to high-profile and high-net-worth clients, ensuring discretion and a commercially focused approach.
- Collaborating with expert witnesses, forensic accountants, and barristers to build strong cases.
- Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and paralegals, fostering talent within the team.
