My client is a well-established law firm in SW London currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join their team.

As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and representation to clients facing a wide range of family law matters.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
  2. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are always protected.
  3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
  4. Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
  5. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  6. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns.
  7. Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and support staff as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified solicitor with 5 years PQE in family law.
  2. Proven track record of success in handling complex family law cases from inception to resolution.
  3. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  6. Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.
