My client is a Top Tier multinational law firm looking to add to their market-leading energy & infrastructure practice in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years post qualification experience working in a team that focuses on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

You will be working with various investors, developers, energy companies, lenders, and project owners on an array of cross-border matters which include oil & gas, renewable energy, power, and social & public infrastructure projects in the UK and beyond.

This particular practice is sector-focused; therefore, your workload will cover project development, financing, and M&A work alongside the firm’s various international offices.
