Senior Employment Associate – Hybrid | £60,000 – £76,000 | Permanent A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its growing Employment Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to take on a high-calibre caseload while enjoying a flexible, supportive working environment. The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in advising a broad range of clients across both the public and private sectors. The work is varied and engaging, covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including:
- Employment tribunals and dispute resolution
- Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- TUPE, restructures and redundancy
- Day-to-day HR advisory and strategy
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and agreements
What You'll Bring
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 6+ years’ PQE
- Strong technical expertise in employment law, especially tribunal and discrimination matters
- Experience supervising junior team members or mentoring trainees
- Commercial acumen with a practical, client-focused approach
- Confident communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
