A Senior Residential Property Associate is wanted to join the 20 strong team of fee earners and support staff, managing a caseload of Prime and high value residential property sales and purchase, and re-finance for a HNW private client and investor client base.
The successful candidate will join a busy and successful Property Law department, working closely with the Partner who is embedded in the Prime residential property market scene. The day to day will vary, and include acting for HNW individuals, international investors and institutional clients in the sale, purchase and finance of residential properties including new build and off plan.
The department is based in the London office of a Top 200 law firm, the team is a good blend of experienced and well networked Partners, Senior Associates, Associates, Solicitors and Support Staff.
Applications are invited from highly motivated and driven Senior Associate Solicitors with broad conveyancing know how and strong people and soft skills. Solicitors will already be working in the London Prime space and through high levels of service delivery and ability to build out relationships have established a strong personal brand in the capital.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and there is a comprehensive benefits package that includes PMI.
