A well-established, top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate to join its London-based Residential Property team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Handling a broad range of transactional matters efficiently and accurately
  • Working collaboratively within the team to deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal advice
  • Liaising directly with clients, taking instructions and managing expectations
  • Supporting partners on complex matters and contributing to tailored client solutions
  • Scoping, pricing and managing work effectively, with appropriate supervision
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships alongside partners and senior colleagues
  • Building a personal profile as a residential property specialist
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and team projects
  • Attending networking events and developing a strong referral network
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting internal collaboration
  • Assisting with pitches and proposals as required

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 3-4 years' PQE
  • Solid experience within a residential property team, ideally with London market exposure
  • Strong client-handling and project management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team
  • Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
