A well-established, top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate to join its London-based Residential Property team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a broad range of transactional matters efficiently and accurately
- Working collaboratively within the team to deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal advice
- Liaising directly with clients, taking instructions and managing expectations
- Supporting partners on complex matters and contributing to tailored client solutions
- Scoping, pricing and managing work effectively, with appropriate supervision
- Developing and maintaining client relationships alongside partners and senior colleagues
- Building a personal profile as a residential property specialist
- Contributing to business development initiatives and team projects
- Attending networking events and developing a strong referral network
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting internal collaboration
- Assisting with pitches and proposals as required
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 3-4 years' PQE
- Solid experience within a residential property team, ideally with London market exposure
- Strong client-handling and project management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team
