The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Deeds of Variation of Leases
- Transfers of Equity
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3 years’ PQE plus)
