An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well regarded and forward thinking law firm in Reading. This is a permanent position within a supportive, client-focused team where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential property services.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
- Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, including contract exchange, completion, and SDLT submissions
- Provide tailored legal advice with a meticulous eye for detail
