Residential Conveyancing Solicitor , West Sussex

This is a really great opportunity for someone to come and join a firm that handles high net worth property transactions and enjoys technical work.

The firm have long standing relationships with clients and get business through walk-ins and word of mouth.

Often the properties are owned by high net worth individuals who use the firm for other areas of law.

What is important is that personality wise you enjoy building relationships with both your team colleague and the firms' clients be it customers, estate agents, referrers or anyone.

There is no "high volume" caseload here, average transaction fee is £2.5k-£3K each so it's about first class quality service to the clients.

The firm offer some superb benefits, a generous holiday entitlement plus christmas closure and accruing extra days holiday after 5 years service. Also private healthcare, hybrid working arrangements and an individual performance bonus scheme. The firm also organise and get involved with a lot of social events.
