An exciting opportunity is available for a Partner Relationship Manager to join a dynamic Partnerships and Growth Team. In this role, you\’ll play a key part in developing strategic partnerships and supporting business expansion. Working closely with the Relationship Director, you will: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners / Keep up to date with partners’ strategic goals and evolving needs / Identify ways to enhance services and drive revenue growth / Collaborate on strengthening service propositions and expanding market reach.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Account Management & Governance: Maintain up-to-date Key Account Management plans, focusing on initiatives that strengthen partner relationships and uncover opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Contract Management: Keep accurate and detailed records of contractual obligations, including pricing structures, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring compliance and performance tracking.
- Change Management: Coordinate partner-led changes across internal teams, ensuring delivery is timely, on budget, and aligned with agreed objectives.
- Audit Oversight: Lead internal due diligence and manage partner audits, ensuring all requirements are met and outputs delivered within agreed timelines.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for partner communications and issue resolution. Organise and facilitate regular review meetings, site visits, and collaborative sessions with both partners and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate clear, accurate, and timely management reports on partner performance, working closely with Data and IT teams to ensure reliable and efficient reporting processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of success in account management within the legal services industry, with specific experience in the residential conveyancing sector.
- Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and remortgage operations and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse performance data, market trends, and client feedback to drive business growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel to our other offices around once per week
