Recruitment Consultant – UK Legal Market (Dubai-Based)

Are you a successful UK based Recruitment Consultant looking to build out a life in Dubai?

We’re seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to specialise in the UK legal sector, working from our Dubai office. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage UK-based client and candidate relationships while enjoying the lifestyle, tax benefits, and energy of the Middle East.

The Role

• Focus exclusively on a UK legal market segment, be that regional private practice, Corporate or In House
• Develop and manage long‑term relationships with UK law firms and legal professionals
• 360 role which will include business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
• Build a strong personal brand in a specialist legal niche
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing, international recruitment team

About You

• Proven track record of target achievement in professional services recruitment (UK market experience strongly preferred)
• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
• Ambitious and excited by the prospect of living and working in Dubai
• Professional, credible, and confident engaging with senior legal stakeholders
