We're working with a well-established commercial law firm with a strong reputation in property litigation. The firm is looking to appoint a Junior Associate to join its growing Real Estate Litigation team based in Leeds.
You will handle a wide range of property dispute matters, advising major corporates, financial institutions, and public bodies. The team covers the full spectrum of real estate litigation, from landlord and tenant matters to complex commercial property disputes, and is also active in new areas of law including building safety and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with a supportive group of senior lawyers and gain exposure to a diverse caseload, offering genuine scope to develop your technical skills and build strong client relationships.
We're looking for a lawyer who:
- Has a minimum of 1 year PQE in real estate or commercial property disputes
- Demonstrates strong analytical and drafting skills
- Understands the importance of excellent client service
- Is commercially aware, organised, and a confident communicator
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
