If you’re looking for more than just lease renewals and day-to-day landlord and tenant work, this team is involved in some of the most interesting and fast-evolving areas of real estate litigation, including Building Safety Act disputes, major development projects, rights of light claims and high-value strategic disputes for some of the UK’s best-known organisations.

  • Lease renewals, break notices and dilapidations claims
  • Possession and forfeiture actions

You’ll have the opportunity to run your own files, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role on larger matters from an early stage in your career.

The Team:

You’ll join a supportive and ambitious team that genuinely invests in its junior lawyers. The partners are known for providing hands-on mentoring, meaningful responsibility and clear development opportunities. You’ll be surrounded by talented associates and senior lawyers who want to help you progress rather than simply delegate work. This is the kind of team where junior lawyers are trusted, visible and encouraged to build their own profile.

About You:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify in September 2026
  • Experience within a Property Litigation or Real Estate Disputes seat during training
  • Strong academic and technical foundations
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
