Job Description
A well-established law firm is currently looking for a driven and ambitious Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Central London.Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, possession claims, and boundary disputes
- Supporting senior solicitors on complex cases and gradually managing your own caseload
- Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and experts to progress cases efficiently
- Representing clients in negotiations and supporting advocacy in court proceedings
About You
- Recently qualified solicitor (NQ-1 PQE) with experience or a strong interest in property litigation
- Solid understanding of landlord and tenant law, leasehold disputes, and real estate litigation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and client-focused approach
