Private Client SolicitorLocation: Blackpool / HybridSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceAn established and forward-thinking law firm is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team. The Role:

Drafting bespoke, tax-efficient Wills to meet a wide range of client needs.
Advising clients on inheritance tax strategies and asset preservation.
Providing guidance on lifetime trusts, particularly in the context of care home fee planning.
Overseeing the full administration of estates, including those with inheritance tax liabilities.
Administering trusts and ensuring all legal and regulatory duties are fulfilled.
Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Managing Court of Protection applications and advising clients on deputyship processes.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Solicitor with ideally 0–3 years PQE.
Applications welcomed from more experienced candidates or those considering a move from another legal discipline.
Solid technical expertise across Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax Planning.
A client-first mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence managing your own caseload while contributing to a supportive team dynamic.
A proactive and commercially minded individual, keen to be involved in the firm’s ongoing growth.
