• Drafting bespoke, tax-efficient Wills to meet a wide range of client needs.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax strategies and asset preservation.
• Providing guidance on lifetime trusts, particularly in the context of care home fee planning.
• Overseeing the full administration of estates, including those with inheritance tax liabilities.
• Administering trusts and ensuring all legal and regulatory duties are fulfilled.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Managing Court of Protection applications and advising clients on deputyship processes.

  What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor with ideally 0–3 years PQE.
• Applications welcomed from more experienced candidates or those considering a move from another legal discipline.
• Solid technical expertise across Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax Planning.
• A client-first mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence managing your own caseload while contributing to a supportive team dynamic.
