Job Description
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors, including digital dictation, diary management, and client correspondence.
- Preparing legal documents, forms, and court applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing incoming calls and liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and third parties in a professional and confidential manner.
- Ensuring all file administration is kept up to date, both electronically and in hard copy, using the firm’s case management system.
- Handling billing and time-recording tasks, ensuring prompt invoicing and accurate financial records.
- Assisting with file opening and compliance procedures, including anti-money laundering checks.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks and contributing to a positive office environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a legal secretary, ideally within a Private Client team.
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems.
