The Role: The firm is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their Probate, Trusts, and Private Client departments. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team and support the delivery of high-quality legal services. Key Responsibilities Managing new client enquiries and maintaining client communication. Drafting documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney and straightforward wills. Assisting with estate administration, including preparing estate accounts using Excel. Ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected for estate accounts.
