Legal SecretaryLocation:Â Stourbridge
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Secretary to join their high-performing Private Client team in Stourbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal secretary or PA to provide full support to Partners and Legal Advisors and Fee Earners.
About the Role
In this fast-paced and varied position, you'll deliver a full range of Legal Secretarial duties including:
- Full diary and email management
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Document production and complex amendments
- Client file management, including opening/closing and compliance checks
- Organising travel and meetings for legal professionals
- Handling client communications and document dispatch, including DocuSign
- Financial admin support, such as expenses and cheque requisitions
- Supporting the wider team with cover during absences
This role requires a forward-thinking, highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as a Legal PA or Secretary – Essential 1 years minimum in Private Client
- Excellent document production skills, particularly in Word
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive and professional approach with strong organisational skills
- Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word, digital dictation (PowerPoint/Excel a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
