A highly regarded North West law firm is looking to recruit a
Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-6 PQE) to join its growing Land and Property Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 recognised team acting for a diverse client base including property developers, investors, commercial occupiers, businesses and private individuals across a broad range of contentious property matters.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of property disputes while working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex matters, including:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals
- Dilapidations claims
- Break notices and forfeiture
- Possession proceedings
- Easements and restrictive covenants
- Rights of light disputes
- Trespass and boundary disputes
- Property-related contractual disputes
- Professional negligence claims involving property professionals

About You
- Applications are welcomed from NQ to 6 years' PQE Solicitors who can demonstrate:
