Job Description
- Prepare and submit applications (Transfers, Leases, Charges, CN1s, RXs, etc.)
- Handle requisitions and raise queries with the Land Registry
- Update electronic post-completion checklists and team trackers
?? SDLT/LTT:
- Draft and submit SDLT and LTT returns, including calculations
- Ensure timely payment to HMRC/WRA
- Stay up-to-date with rate changes and procedural updates
�? Companies House:
- Register and satisfy Charges/Debentures within statutory deadlines
?? Searches & Secondary Duties:
- Conduct OS1, OS2, SIM, Bankruptcy, company, and winding-up searches
- Manage official documents, insurance policies, and local authority records
- Handle PG82 Certificates, No Search Certificates, and Chancel Repair policies
?? Searchflow Searches:
- Plot and process property searches using the Searchflow system
- Distribute and file search results appropriately
Required Experience & Skills:
- Essential: Experience in residential property post-completion work
- Desirable: Experience in commercial property or property finance
- Familiarity with case management systems (Proclaim) and BigHand is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and professional presence
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in a dynamic environment
