An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a highly respected, national top-tier law firm for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their Claimant Injury department in Bristol city centre. This firm is renowned for its premium quality file intake, strong corporate partnerships, and commitment to clear internal routes to professional qualification. Unlike many volume insurance environments, this role offers an enviable 35-hour working week and a genuinely balanced hybrid model, allowing you to work 3 days from home and 2 days from their modern city centre office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Caseload Management: Independently manage a rewarding claimant caseload of Fast-Track personal injury claims up to a value of £25,000.
  • End-to-End Handling: Take files through the entirety of the MOJ Portal framework, as well as managing pre- and post-litigation stages outside of the portal using a modern case management system.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, medical experts, and counsel to drive files to a successful conclusion.
