Job Description
PA TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
BRIMINGHAM / SOLIHULL – OFFICE BASED
£35K – £50K
Douglas Scott are on the look out for an excellent and proactive and self-motivated PA to work directly with the firms Managing Partner to mainly focus on arranging and managing his personal tasks.

This role is perfect for a a Personal Assistant who can demonstrate longevity in a similar role within law or professional services.
The Role:
- Diary management of a complex diary, including international travel for large groups
- Arranging / collecting lunches
- Booking holidays (work and personal) for the MD and his family
- Arranging and sorting dry cleaning
- arranging the purchase of things for the MD's family – i.e. ordering birthday cakes & arranging celebratory meals etc,
- arranging for any works to be done at the MD's home as necessary (i.e. if a plumber needs to fix something – managing this)
- Ad Hoc administration tasks
What you'll need:
- Proven career history in a similar demanding role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality required
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, using ones initiative & acting proactivity
- Professional written & verbal communication
- Adaptable, calm under pressure and professional
- Trustworthy
