Job Description
I’m currently working with a specialist property law firm based in Central London that is seeking to hire a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their thriving Residential Conveyancing team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ looking to build a long-term career in property law with a firm known for its expertise, collaborative culture, and high-quality work.The Role You will support a well-regarded team of experienced solicitors handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Title reviews and resolving title issues
You’ll be given real responsibility from day one, working closely with clients, agents, and lenders in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression.About You
- Recently qualified solicitor (NQ – 1 year PQE)
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in residential conveyancing during your training
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing a caseload
