Douglas Scott is working with a leading firm that is growing its ambitious national corporate team and is seeking a talented Senior Associate or Legal Director to join them. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across a broad client base – particularly within the Housing, Energy, Government and Education sectors.

About the team

The firm’s corporate team brings extensive experience advising on:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Management Buyouts (MBOs)
  • Corporate reorganisations
  • Joint ventures
  • Private equity and venture capital

They provide both transactional and advisory services to a diverse range of clients including:

  • Major corporates and national businesses
  • Start-ups and growing companies
  • Management teams, investors and lenders
  • Central government bodies and local authorities
  • Housing associations and regeneration vehicles

The Role:

As a senior member of the team, the successful candidate will:

  • Work closely with partners to deliver innovative, client-focused advice

Candidates should have:

  • 6+ years PQE in corporate law. Qualified in England and Wales and UK based.
