A market-leading law firm in York is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded property team. You will join a collaborative and experienced commercial property team handling a broad range of high-quality matters. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload and the opportunity to work closely with clients across a range of sectors. Typical work will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
- Property development and investment work
- Commercial property finance and secured lending
- Complex transactions

- A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
