Mental Health Lawyer – North Wales / HybridAre you an experienced Mental Health Lawyer looking for a role where you can really make a difference and enjoy plenty of flexibility? My client is on the lookout for someone who’s passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and ready to hit the ground running with a good amount of home working on offer.What you’ll be doing:

- Giving clear, expert advice on mental health law – including detention, tribunals, and appeals
- Representing clients at Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers’ hearings
- Preparing casework and making sure everything’s on time and on point
- Working closely with professionals like psychiatrists and social workers to support clients’ rights
- Staying up to date with changes in mental health law and policy
- Supporting vulnerable clients with empathy, care, and professionalism
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in mental health law
- Confident with advocacy and tribunal work
- A great communicator who puts clients first
- Someone who genuinely cares about making a positive impact
