An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property and Finance Litigation Solicitor to join a rapidly growing litigation department based in Manchester. The firm is seeking a diligent, confident and self-motivated solicitor who is keen to develop their career within a high performing and ambitious team. The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner and will be trusted to manage matters independently while operating within firm protocols and SRA requirements. This role offers exposure to a high volume of challenging and high quality work. The firm acts for a broad client base including individuals, companies and private lenders, and prides itself on delivering exceptional client service. This position is ideal for a solicitor seeking strong technical development, excellent quality work and clear progression opportunities.

The Property and Finance Litigation Solicitor will assist the Partner while managing their own caseload and contributing to the continued growth of the department. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of property and finance litigation matters
  • Handling debt recovery claims from instruction through to resolution
  • Advising clients on commercial and property litigation disputes
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
  • Delivering a consistently high standard of client care
  • Working proactively to manage risk and meet strict deadlines
  • Supporting the wider litigation team as required
