In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping them navigate legal and regulatory requirements with confidence. You will take ownership of a broad range of legal matters, from complex contract negotiations to risk management and governance, operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Working closely with the Director of Legal, you'll provide support across a number of key business areas:

  • Prepare, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including service contracts, frameworks, partnership agreements and confidentiality agreements.
  • Identify potential legal risks and provide balanced, practical solutions to manage them.
  • Develop and refine internal legal policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
  • Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Practical and commercially aware, with the ability to balance legal considerations with business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain legal matters in a straightforward and accessible way.
