An established and well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Associate to join their friendly and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in children law matters (both public and private) to take the next step in their career within a supportive and client-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload with a particular focus on public and private law children matters.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance throughout.
- Deliver tailored legal advice and advocacy, managing client expectations and keeping them informed at every stage.
- Get involved in marketing and networking activities to help grow the department, including writing blog content and attending events.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and Legal Aid Agency requirements, as well as internal quality and risk procedures.
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in family law.
- Law Society Children Panel accreditation is essential.
- Proven ability to manage complex public and private law children cases.
- Confident communicator and strong negotiator.
