Residential Property Associate – 2–3 PQE North London Up to £60,000 DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2–3 PQE Residential Property Associate to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in North London. The firm has an excellent reputation within the residential property market and acts for a strong and varied client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and reputable team, with the opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload. The Role You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of residential property matters, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties High-value residential transactions New build transactions – experience preferred Lease extensions and associated residential property work Remortgages and transfers of equity Acting for HNW clients and other private individuals Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion Building and maintaining strong client relationships The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be: ~2–3 years PQE with solid residential conveyancing experience ~ Experienced in managing a caseload with a good degree of autonomy ~ New build experience preferred , although not essential ~ Commercially aware with strong attention to detail ~ Client-focused with excellent communication skills ~ Keen to develop their career within a well-regarded North London firm ~ Comfortable dealing with a quality client base and complex transactions This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable North London practice offering high-quality residential work, a supportive working environment and genuine scope for career development.
