Join a leading FMCG company as Senior Legal Counsel for its European operations. Ideally, you will have line management experience as this is a strategic role working closely with the Head of Legal in supervising the team.
You will join a multi-site Legal team as a Senior Advisor to the Europe Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of matters, including:
- Complex commercial contracts
- Procurement
- Competition law
- Regulatory issues
- M&A transactions
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Providing legal guidance on regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters to business teams.
- Advising on litigation and regulatory disputes, managing external counsel when needed.
- Ensuring compliance with marketing, advertising, and brand licensing regulations.
6+ years PQE with experience in a fast-paced, in-house legal team. Expertise in Commercial Contracts: Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Retail, FMCG background preferred.
