An award-winning, top 200 London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join its growing Commercial Property team.
Key Responsibilities
- Rural and Private Landed Estate Work
- Acting for private landowners (individuals, trustees, family businesses)
- Sales and purchases
- Agricultural tenancies
- Estate management, including easements and covenants
- Option and overage agreements
- Development agreements and conditional contracts (including variations and implementation)
- First registrations
- Property matters arising from private client and tax advice
- Acting for landlords and tenants, investors, trustees, charities, and estate owners
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
- All aspects of landlord and tenant work (new leases, renewals, licences to assign/alter)
- Asset and estate management, including complex advisory matters
- Real estate finance
- Corporate support
Experience Required
- Qualified solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical grounding with experience across a range of commercial property matters
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to client work
- Ability to manage relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all levels
