An award-winning, top 200 London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join its growing Commercial Property team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rural and Private Landed Estate Work
  • Acting for private landowners (individuals, trustees, family businesses)
  • Sales and purchases
  • Agricultural tenancies
  • Estate management, including easements and covenants
  • Option and overage agreements
  • Development agreements and conditional contracts (including variations and implementation)
  • First registrations
  • Property matters arising from private client and tax advice
  • Commercial Property Work
    • Acting for landlords and tenants, investors, trustees, charities, and estate owners
    • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
    • All aspects of landlord and tenant work (new leases, renewals, licences to assign/alter)
    • Asset and estate management, including complex advisory matters
    • Real estate finance
    • Corporate support

    Experience Required

    • Qualified solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
    • Strong technical grounding with experience across a range of commercial property matters
    • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to client work
    • Ability to manage relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all levels
