This is an opportunity to join a highly respected City practice where you’ll work on genuinely market-leading disputes, gain early responsibility, and develop alongside some of the strongest property litigators in the sector. If you’re looking for more than just lease renewals and day-to-day landlord and tenant work, this team is involved in some of the most interesting and fast-evolving areas of real estate litigation, including Building Safety Act disputes, major development projects, rights of light claims and high-value strategic disputes for some of the UK’s best-known organisations.
What you’ll be doing:
- High-value landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals, break notices and dilapidations claims
- Possession and forfeiture actions
- Building Safety Act litigation
- Rights of light disputes
- Development and regeneration projects
- Professional negligence matters
- Complex, business-critical disputes for major commercial clients
You’ll have the opportunity to run your own files, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role on larger matters from an early stage in your career.
