Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Commercial Litigation? Do you have solid e-bundling skills and a proactive approach to supporting busy legal teams? I am currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm based in the heart of Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and motivated Legal Secretary to join a dynamic Commercial Litigation team.
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Commercial Litigation department
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents, including bundles, reports, and forms
- Extensive use of e-bundling software and digital case management systems
- Diary management, arranging meetings, and organising travel where necessary
- Handling telephone and email communications with clients and third parties
- Ensuring all filing is accurate and up-to-date, both digital and hard copy
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a Commercial Litigation team is essential
- Excellent typing and document formatting skills
