A Military Claims Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award-winning, multi-office firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their market-leading Military Industrial Disease team.

This is a unique opportunity to handle complex and rewarding work, supporting current and former service personnel in pursuing compensation for injuries and losses sustained during their military careers.

You will manage a varied caseload of military claims, including:

  • Noise-induced hearing loss
  • Training and deployment injuries
  • Defective equipment
  • Cold injuries
  • PTSD and psychological injury claims
  • Assaults, bullying/harassment and discrimination
  • AFCS claims

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department, build client relationships, and represent the firm in this highly specialised area of law.

Applications are invited from Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience of Military Industrial Disease claims; it is essential that you have experience in this area as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
