A boutique commercial law firm in central Leeds is seeking a highly organised and proactive Litigation Legal Secretary for a new full time permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide full legal secretarial support to a Senior Partner within the litigation department.

  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, audio/copy typing, handling correspondence etc
  • Preparing and amending legal documents and bundles
  • Handling telephone calls and client enquiries professionally
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within litigation
  • Strong audio and copy typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
