A highly respected and long-established regional law firm in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Head of Conveyancing/Conveyancing Manager to lead its thriving residential property department. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking, reputable practice with multiple offices and a strong presence across the region.
The role will involve:
- Leading, managing and mentoring a well-established team of conveyancers, fee-earners and paralegals across several offices.
- Overseeing the full range of conveyancing work handled within the department, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and client care.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Managing your own smaller, specialist caseload of more complex matters.
- Driving best practice, process improvement and continued growth within the department.
- Working closely with the senior management team on departmental strategy and development.
To be considered for the role it is essential that you are a qualified solicitor or CLC with a solid background in handling residential property matters. You will be a proven team leader with the ability to inspire, support and develop a multi-site department. You must be confident handling complex conveyancing files with excellent technical expertise.
