A highly respected and long-established regional law firm in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Head of Conveyancing/Conveyancing Manager to lead its thriving residential property department. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking, reputable practice with multiple offices and a strong presence across the region.

The role will involve:

  • Leading, managing and mentoring a well-established team of conveyancers, fee-earners and paralegals across several offices.
  • Overseeing the full range of conveyancing work handled within the department, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and client care.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Managing your own smaller, specialist caseload of more complex matters.
  • Driving best practice, process improvement and continued growth within the department.
