A superb opportunity has arisen for a senior construction lawyer to join a thriving national team operating at the forefront of high-value construction and engineering disputes. This role is ideal for someone ready to work closely with respected partners, take ownership of technically challenging contentious matters, and contribute meaningfully to the ongoing growth of a nationally recognised practice.

You’ll handle a broad range of predominantly contentious work, with opportunities to get involved in non-contentious projects, interacting with major developers, contractors, consultants and specialist industry clients. You’ll also benefit from access to market-leading training and development, and a genuinely collaborative, well-resourced environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years’ PQE in construction law, with strong experience in contentious/dispute matters
  • A strong foundation in construction law (including core regulatory and contractual principles)
  • Confidence working with clients at every level and delivering practical, commercial advice
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach and resilience under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and grow a client network
  • A team-focused mindset, with the ability to support junior lawyers
  • High levels of professionalism, judgement and attention to detail
