A reputable and well-established multi-service law firm in Wakefield is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its established and successful commercial property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, working alongside experienced commercial property lawyers on a varied caseload.
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will provide key support to the commercial property team and assist with a range of transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting fee earners with a varied commercial property caseload.
- Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documentation.
- Conducting property searches and reviewing relevant property information.
- Assisting with sales, purchases, leases, transfers and other commercial property transactions.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties.
- Managing case files and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Providing general administrative and legal support to the wider commercial property team.
The successful candidate will have
- A minimum of 18 months' experience working within commercial property as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
- Good knowledge and understanding of commercial property transactions.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
