A fast-growing, dynamic firm in the corporate travel / real estate industry is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to manage all legal matters across the business. The role will cover Commercial, HR, and Facilities legal functions and will involve both internal legal management and collaboration with external counsel as needed.
Please note: The role requires 5 days in-office from their West London location. After the probation period, this will reduce to 4 days in-office per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts
- Advise on commercial transactions, risk management, and compliance
- Handle employment matters, including contracts, disputes, and HR policies
- Manage property-related legal issues and regulatory compliance
- Serve as primary legal resource and oversee external counsel relationships
- Implement cost-effective legal solutions and risk management strategies
Essential Requirements
- UK- and US-qualified solicitor (non-negotiable) with 5β8 yearsβ post-qualification experience
- Strong background in commercial law and employment law
- US law experience essential
- International experience is a plus
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
