Douglas Scott are working with a Regeneration Business headquartered in the West Midlands. The global business is growing with over 15K employees in the UK and over 70K globally.
They're on the lookout for a 3-8 PQE solicitor (no upper limit on experience) who is confident giving commercially focussed legal advice to senior stakeholders as well as a variety of public and private sector clients.
Location: West Midlands
Flexibility: Hybrid working options in place. Typically 1 day in office
Salary: £75K to £90K DOE

You'll be handling a variety of contracts on behalf of the business, predominantly on construction projects. An understanding of the contractual framework surrounding construction projects is therefore required. This includes experience of drafting and negotiating non-contentious JCT and NEC contracts.
The role is based at the business' UK HQ in the West Midlands but travel to other offices could be required (max 1 day a week).
