Residential Conveyancer – Huddersfield (Hybrid Working)

Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)

Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-regarded, forward-thinking law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading Legal 500 practice in Huddersfield, known for its quality service, supportive culture, and strong reputation in property law.

You will manage a non-volume caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build and shared ownership transactions
  • Transfers of equity and re-mortgages

You’ll have the support of an established conveyancing team and access to modern systems and resources, allowing you to deliver high-quality client care without the pressure of volume targets.

To be considered for the role, you will:

  • Be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer (minimum 2 years’ experience handling your own caseload)
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
  • Excellent client communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
